Melting
Aluminum ingots are melted in a melting furnace (melting). Degassing is performed to increase the cleanliness of the molten metal, preventing defects caused by the occurrence of voids and pinholes after casting.

Casting
Castings are produced using the gravity casting method, in which molten aluminum is poured
into a mold.
Gravity casting produces finer crystal grains because it involves less gas and has a faster
cooling rate. This results in castings with high strength and hardness, and is often used for important
parts in automobiles and industrial machinery.

Heat treatment
We have 19 heat treatment furnaces, and can provide consistent heat treatment (T6 treatment)
after casting.
We determine heat treatment conditions according to the specifications required by our
customers, and improve the mechanical properties of aluminum castings with a thorough management system.
