In 2012, we established our Chinese factory, Zhongshan Yoshida Kogyo, in Guangdong, China. We have acquired the international quality management standard “IATF16949*” and are engaged in precision cutting of parts with the same high quality as in Japan, mainly for Japanese, European, American and Chinese automakers. We can handle anything from prototypes to mass production of around 100,000 pieces, and we are particularly skilled in cutting and grinding of important safety parts (solenoid valves, brake parts, etc.). We are also working on automating our production lines, and are building a system that will allow us to compete not only in terms of technology and quality, but also in price in the Chinese market, where labor costs are rising.

*What is IATF16949?
It is an international quality management system for the automotive industry.
It is a certification standard created by the IATF (International Automotive Task Force), which is equivalent to the ISO9001 standard for the automotive industry, and has the same rigorous examinations and audits as ISO. By obtaining this standard, it is possible to supply parts to nine European and American automobile manufacturers.
