YOSHIDA is actively developing technologies in aluminum casting and cutting processing to contribute to solving
social issues.
We meet customer needs with high-quality casting products without voids, thin-walled and complex shape
technologies aimed at weight reduction and downsizing, a prototype development process with an eye toward mass
production, and a diverse development system that supports domestic and overseas production.

Taking on the challenge of cutting-edge fields
We manufacture parts for cutting-edge fields such as electric vehicles, robots, and medical care.
Through active development of elemental technologies such as conversion of manufacturing methods, integration
of parts, and compatibility with new materials, we meet needs for lightweight parts, high functionality, and
complex shapes.
Based on the “technology to build quality” cultivated in the manufacture of automotive parts, we are
challenging ourselves in manufacturing in a variety of fields.

VE/ VA Proposals
We offer VE/ VA proposals for aluminum casting and cutting processes to derive optimal solutions for QCD.
We support our customers’ development process with proposals that emphasize mass production from the
development stage, such as improving the performance of product units, shortening delivery times by reducing
man-hours, and reducing costs.

Integrated production of materials, processing, and surface treatment
We offer a fully integrated in-house production system, covering every stage from prototyping to mass
production. Our capabilities include aluminum casting with 3D printing, wooden molds, sand molds, and
die-casting molds, as well as advanced machining using 5-axis machining centers, multi-tasking lathes, and
milling centers. In addition, we provide a comprehensive range of surface treatments, including anodizing and
heat treatment, ensuring both high precision and superior quality.

Environmentally friendly manufacturing
Yoshida Kogyo is committed to environmental management. We set annual CO2 emission reduction targets and are
reducing energy consumption through measures such as solar power generation on the factory roof and recycling
waste heat.
All metal waste generated during cutting and aluminum casting is recycled and managed to be
reused.
