Various tests
Ensure that the product is safe

Pressure test, leak test, various tests
We use specialized testing equipment to check the safety of castings and machined products. We also offer various tests to meet customer needs, such as tensile tests to measure strength.

Emission spectroscopy (elemental analysis of materials)
Elemental analysis of aluminum castings is performed using an emission spectroscopy analyzer. Since trace analysis can be performed in a short time, this is useful for early detection of defective products and improving yields.

Industrial X-ray CT
3D slide X-ray CT is used to check for the presence of voids inside the product from 360 degrees. Non-destructive inspection allows for speedy confirmation of quality.

Surface treatment

Anodizing
We have an automatic anodizing line installed in-house, and by performing everything from processing to surface treatment, the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of products are improved. As a result, we are able to provide high-quality products that require sliding properties, such as cylinder pistons, as well as functional parts such as transmissions and brake parts.
*Color anodizing is available.
Characteristics of anodizing:
Improved corrosion resistance, improved abrasion resistance, surface hardening, improved sliding properties, improved water repellency, improved aesthetics and appearance, improved non-conductivity, etc.

heat treatment

heat treatment
We have 19 heat treatment furnaces, and can handle heat treatment of mass-produced products in-house, significantly shortening manufacturing lead times. We perform T6 treatment to improve the strength and machinability of aluminum products. We can handle a variety of heat treatments, including vacuum, carburizing, high frequency, and salt, as well as hardening of materials other than aluminum, such as SUS and iron.
