Project Overview

Our crafting experience is a casting-themed workshop. Participants can create crafts based on the Saku Koi carp motif. They experience the process of melting metal and pouring it into a mold, allowing them to create their own original work.

Experience Details

The casting experience held in 2018 was attended by many parents and children. Under professional guidance and in a safe environment, participants actually experienced the process of melting metal and pouring it into a mold. In 2023, many elementary and junior high school students on a field trip to the regional industrial exhibition “Saku Messe” were also able to try aluminum casting. The completed Saku Koi carp works were handed over to the participants and received rave reviews.
